About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our dental insurance claims processing operations, ensuring that data is entered accurately and efficiently into our systems. This is a remote contract position, open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those in the PT or MT time zones. The contract is for 6-8 months, with the possibility of extension. As a contractor, you will be provided with a Chromebook for work use, and you will be expected to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Download and upload images from a client portal to the arenaflex portal, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies. Ensure timely entry of data into our systems, meeting deadlines and productivity standards. Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity. Essential Qualifications Prior experience in data entry is required, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry is a plus, although not essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Must comply with HIPAA policies and maintain data security, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. Ability to work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
