Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance policies to new and existing customers
Cross-sell and upsell to our current book of business
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on provided leads and generate additional opportunities through referrals
Educate clients on coverage options to help them make informed decisions
Requirements
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping people
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment
Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
Must obtain or already have a Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license (we can guide you through the process)
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is preferred.
