A Day in the Life…

Your day starts by reviewing active integration and migration projects, checking progress, and ensuring everything is on track and within scope. On some projects, you are the full owner—managing the timeline, technical execution, and client communication—while on others, you coordinate closely with the Marketing Strategist, serving as the expert resource specifically for the integration or migration portion of the project.

You host client meetings to provide guidance, troubleshoot technical challenges, and offer strategic recommendations for complex HubSpot setups. You also collaborate with internal teams to ensure integrations and migrations are executed smoothly. Between meetings, you analyze data, review implementation results, and create documentation and training materials to ensure clients can maintain and optimize their HubSpot integrations long after the project is complete.
