We're a human-led, tech-empowered organization that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – IAM Integration Specialist, you'll play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to integrate packages in SailPoint, enhancing our protection and governance posture. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and more within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to standard identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Contribute** * A strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices * Experience with SailPoint implementation and customization * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * A passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to keeping a secure operating environment and protecting the trust of our customers, partners, and stakeholders.
