MOTEL 6 in Ventura Beach CA is looking for a Night Auditor Front Desk Clerk.
What you will be doing:
Ā Our Guest Service Representatives create a hospitable guest experience while performing tasks at the front desk. The GSR is a member of the Welcome Team and is in a vital position to us as it provides the first impression of our brand. We are dedicated to providing you with a safe environment and giving you the training to help you excel in your role.
Ā Exhibits a heart for service with dedication to customer service and teamwork.
Ā Deliver a great guest experience with friendly, smiling service and fast and accurate check-in.
Ā Cheerfully interact and assist guests with information about the property and local amenities.
Ā Identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Ā At times, may have to perform duties of other property positions to ensure we are driving a great guest experience.
Ā Perform other duties assigned Ā participate in all training and safety meetings.
