About the Role: Product Marketing Manager in Verizon Partner Solutions We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Verizon Partner Solutions (VPS) team, focusing on fiber infrastructure and network services for global wholesale markets. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our products and services, leveraging your expertise in product marketing, telecommunications, and fiber networks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for assigned products, including pricing, go-to-market plans, and product lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Create senior-level presentations, conduct customer trials, and develop/manage balanced Scorecard Metrics and Dashboards to measure product performance. Perform Competitive Trend Analysis, track and analyze product-level revenue and margins, and deliver on product commitments. Work closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs, identify new product opportunities, and drive profitable revenue growth. Partner effectively across Verizon teams, including network engineering, service delivery, and finance, to ensure seamless product delivery and support. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience in telecommunications, fiber networks, or a related field, with a strong background in product marketing or development. Demonstrated experience in managing marketing strategies, product launches, and product lifecycle management. Strong technical and marketing skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into manageable summaries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter with a proven track record of working independently and driving results. Technology or telecommunications industry experience, with a focus on fiber infrastructure, Collocation, Broadband, WAVE, or Dark Fiber. Experience with Verizon Product Development, or a similar product development process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: Our compensation package is designed to reward our employees for their hard work and dedication. The salary range for this position is between $128,000 and $238,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule, with opportunities for incentives and bonuses.
