• Provide patrons with menus.
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings without being overwhelmed.
• Speak with patrons to ensure satisfaction with food and service
or to respond to questions and complaints.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain contact with kitchen staff
management
serving staff
and patrons to ensure that dining details are handled properly
and patrons' concerns are addressed.
• Inspect dining and service areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.
• Inform patrons of establishment specialties and features.
• Maintain booking software.
o Receive and record reservations.
o Provide patrons with accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and cleans restrooms when necessary.
• Escort patrons to golf desk
simulators
or the bar/lounge area when necessary.
• Acknowledge patrons upon their departure and thank them for dining/golf with us.
• Coordinate with wait staff about available simulator options.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
