There will be office work-days in and around New Albany. Our client, has developed best in class artificial intelligence that maximizes hospital’s payor reimbursements through their proven software allowing them to recoup 80% of denied claims that would normally be lost revenue. Position Business Operations Revenue Manager Responsibilities Become the subject matter expert for edits configuration within claims operations Develop processes for to summarize the complexity of data and operations into clear reports Run and bring technical and operational improvements to client claims processes to ensure compliance, improve scalability, and manage risks Collaborate with our teams and external partners to achieve expansion and platform targets and important operational metrics Surface data, process, and technology issues through proactive identification, measurement, and monitoring of client operations Support your team and leadership by guiding decisions and implementation on an ongoing basis Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years experience with medical billing, payment integrity, and medical coding Experience with Full Stack or SQL (ability to at least write basic SQL queries) 5+ years experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering or consulting 5+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets using excel (can write advanced macros) or a similar database language to solve business problems Experience developing project plans coordinating with all partners Experience designing and improving workflows and standing up accompanying operating and technical procedures Additional Qualifications - Plus Advanced Degree in IT, MBA, of Healthcare Administration, or related field Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification Expected salary: Location: New Albany, OH Job date: Sat, 26 Aug 2023 01:21:36 GMT Apply for the job now!
