Who May Apply Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren't confined to: Responsibilities: • Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Backend-focused (70–85%): Build high-performance and scalable services using Java + Spring Boot, integrate trading infrastructure, APIs, and databases; optimize system performance, reliability, and low-latency behavior. • Frontend (15–30%): Develop and maintain internal tools and real-time data dashboards using React (TypeScript/JavaScript). • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to deliver production-ready strategy and workflow tooling. • Write high-quality, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices. Requirements: • 3~10 years of full-stack or backend-focused development experience. • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with familiarity in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs. • Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, with solid capabilities in performance optimization and system design. • Experience with React (TS/JS) and the ability to independently build functional frontend interfaces. • Strong collaboration, communication, and partner-relationship management skills. • Bonus: Experience in low-latency systems or fintech. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
