Who May Apply Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant work experience We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects with daily duties that include but aren't confined to:Responsibilities: • Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.• Backend-focused (70–85%): Build high-performance and scalable services using Java + Spring Boot, integrate trading infrastructure, APIs, and databases; optimize system performance, reliability, and low-latency behavior. • Frontend (15–30%): Develop and maintain internal tools and real-time data dashboards using React (TypeScript/JavaScript). • Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to deliver production-ready strategy and workflow tooling. • Write high-quality, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices.Requirements: • 3~10 years of full-stack or backend-focused development experience. • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with familiarity in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and REST APIs. • Hands-on experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, with solid capabilities in performance optimization and system design. • Experience with React (TS/JS) and the ability to independently build functional frontend interfaces. • Strong collaboration, communication, and partner-relationship management skills.• Bonus: Experience in low-latency systems or fintech. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
