The Engagement Director position requires an experienced professional to manage client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and drive business growth through strategic farming. The successful candidate will collaborate with Account Management, Delivery, Tech Solutions, and Professional Services teams to enhance client engagements and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
 Serving as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing relationships end-to-end, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.
 Participating in account planning discussions with Account and Delivery Directors to align on goals and strategies, ensuring successful project delivery.
 Being onsite at client offices to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth through farming strategies.
 Implementing continuous improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
Requirements:
 Experience: 8+ years of sales/commercial experience, with a minimum of 3 years working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry.
 Client Skills: Highly energetic, with excellent client and social skills that foster strong, trust-based relationships.
 Location: Based in NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area, with the ability to be onsite at client offices as needed.
 Language Skills: Native/bilingual English level.
