Description REMOTE ROLE Our client, an innovative Commercial Litigation Firm located in Westchester County, NY is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney on a PART-TIME, FULLY REMOTE, Contract basis (approximately 10-20 hours a week). Job duties include reviewing and negotiating labor & employment contracts (both for employees and employers), researching local PTO laws and NYS / Federal laws to ensure compliance, and advising clients on best practices / Federal and State regulations.
