Responsibilities:Lead the Project Management Office (PMO), implementing scalable processes and methodologies for effective project delivery.Manage cross-functional project portfolios. Align project objectives with company strategy, product roadmaps, and stakeholder expectations.Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers.Own the project risk management strategy and ensure compliance with budget, scope, and timeline.Collaborate closely with IT, Product, Compliance, and Business Development teams.Requirements:Proven experience as Head of PMO / Program Manager / Director of Projects in IT or blockchain-related domains.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
