Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Oracle EPM Cloud Support Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering expert support and solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications, empowering organizations to optimize their financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Your expertise will drive seamless system performance, enhance user experience, and facilitate continuous improvement within our clients’ financial ecosystems. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, troubleshooting issues related to planning, budgeting, financial consolidation, and reporting modules. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the Oracle EPM environment. • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of EPM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs. • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks or errors, and implement corrective actions to ensure optimal operation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure specialists, database administrators, and developers to resolve complex technical challenges. • Document support activities thoroughly, including issue resolution steps and system modifications, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams. • Stay current with Oracle EPM Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system enhancements. Experience • Proven experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications or similar enterprise performance management systems. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and network configurations. • Hands-on knowledge of programming languages like Java and Python, along with SQL for database management and data analysis. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, APIs integration, and Agile development methodologies to streamline project delivery. • Background in computer science or related IT fields with a solid grasp of operating systems, computer management principles, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). • Experience working with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable. • Ability to troubleshoot issues across diverse environments including Windows and Linux operating systems while supporting Oracle applications. • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and clients while providing clear documentation of solutions.
