What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Dial outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in specific products and book appointments for business partners
Maintain a high degree of data accuracy while booking appointments for members
Provide excellent written and verbal communication consistently
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary
Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures while informing clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school graduate or G.E.D.
Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer simultaneously
Must be able to pass a background check
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
