The GTM Strategy team focuses on forward-looking, cross-functional initiatives that shape how we grow. We answer the “where to play” and “why,” acting as Business Partners to Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Ops, and Finance leaders to drive clarity, alignment, and execution on our most important commercial bets that meaningfully move the needle. Work hand in hand with functional leaders to drive full cycle of strategic bets: proactively flag trends and issues, brainstorming/ideation, research/validation, modeling, execution, monitoring, refreshing. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, and/or high-growth SaaS who is ready to step into a role where they can influence how a company scales. You’ll work closely with the Head of GTM Strategy and leaders across Sales, Marketing, CX, Partnerships, and Finance to support high-priority initiatives, develop insights that shape decision-making and help drive alignment across the GTM organization. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to executive-level strategy and own meaningful workstreams from day one. What You’ll Do • Support execution of cross-functional GTM initiatives, ensuring follow-through on decisions and outcomes • Conduct analysis and build models to support company-wide initiatives (e.g., pricing strategy, segment planning, funnel performance) • Collaborate with the Head of GTM Strategy on strategic planning, ARR modeling, and quarterly/annual planning cycles • Prepare materials for executive-level meetings including monthly GTM reviews, board discussions, and internal strategy updates • Track and synthesize performance trends and key GTM metrics in collaboration with analytics and operations teams What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth SaaS • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets • Strong business acumen with a foundational understanding of how businesses operate • Clear communicator with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented - you can juggle multiple priorities and move work forward with minimal oversight • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and energized by figuring things out and learning new things Why This Role You’ll get meaningful ownership, direct mentorship, and a front-row seat to how a SaaS company sets and drives growth strategy.
