About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our Health Texas project by providing top-notch customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, tracking and documenting inquiries, and completing associated tasks according to established guidelines. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, meet quality assurance metrics, and facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures. Track and document all inquiries using applicable systems. Complete associated tasks according to established guidelines. Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines. Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED required, with 0-6 months of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service experience is preferred. You must reside in the state of Texas, within 70 miles of El Paso. Training Requirements: We are committed to providing you with the training and support you need to succeed in this role. You will be required to: Work onsite on Day 1 for equipment training. Complete classroom and on-the-job training with no time missed. Be willing and able to work with a webcam on during training and other meetings as instructed by management. Home Office Requirements: To work remotely, you will need: Reliable, high-speed internet service with a minimum of 20 Mbps download speeds. A traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber. A quiet and distraction-free workspace. Be able to connect your computer directly to your modem or router via an Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi connections are not allowed). Don't worry about the computer equipment – blithequark will supply it.
