In this role, you will focus exclusively on direct-hire, permanent placements across various healthcare disciplines. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter or sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle—sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful placements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and excited to partner with healthcare facilities and top-tier clinical professionals throughout the Phoenix area and beyond.
