[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

In this role, you will maintain critical systems and data, collaborate across teams, and help drive operational efficiency within the company.ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for incoming requests via our Sales Ops email alias and Slack channels — you’re someone our teams rely onOwn and maintain our internal Knowledgebase, keeping it accurate, organized, and usefulDevelop strong proficiency in Salesforce — including reporting, data management, and supporting team workflows and become a go-to resource for zyBooks salesHelp maintain data integrity and accuracy across all platforms so our teams can trust what they’re looking atSupport report/dashboard creation, maintenance, and delivery to stakeholders across the zyBooks organizationAssist with managing our data mining assets and integration of 3rd party dataCollaborate closely with the Director of Sales, Regional Sales Managers, Sales Operations Manager, and Senior Data Analyst on team initiatives and projectsLearn and take ownership of a growing suite of sales tools and help troubleshoot in times of needPartner with the Sales Operations Manager to develop and deliver clear 'how-to' sessions and process training for the broader teamShow up engaged and prepared for meetings where Sales Operations has a seat at the tableSkillsBA/BS degree or equivalent experienceHands-on Salesforce experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both small and large groupsProficiency with Excel and Google SheetsFamiliarity with collaboration and productivity tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google/Microsoft SuiteDetail-oriented with a knack for staying organized across multiple prioritiesA team-first attitude and genuine desire to help othersSQL or data querying experience (Mode is a plus)Basic HTML/CSS knowledgeBackground in higher education or edtechBenefitsMeeting-free Friday afternoons allowing more time for heads down work and professional developmentA wide range of opportunities to foster community, learn, and growCompany OverviewWe transform knowledge into accessible and actionable intelligence for today's challenges and tomorrow's possibilities.
