As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** Your responsibilities as a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media * Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
