Job Overview
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the lives of our students, providing guidance, support, and care in a loving and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional support and guidance to students
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, colleagues, and community members
Participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
Requirements
Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
