To learn more, visit Summary Meet administrative requirements for the operation of the Project Agreement at JPOCSC, GTAP and for Equans Services Inc. in accordance with company policy and contractual requirements Scope Of Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Office and Supply Management Procure office materials, equipment, and supplies as needed Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks Monitor office-related budgets under supervision, ensuring cost-efficiency Facilities Support Assist the facilities team in compiling data and preparing reports, returns, and computerized records Liaise with the finance department to facilitate budget tracking and reconciliation Policy and Compliance Documentation Support in drafting, updating, and maintaining departmental documentation related to: Health & Safety (H&S) Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) Company and contract policies, procedures, and operational standards Communication and Liaison Act as a professional first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries Manage telephone, email, and in-person queries promptly and courteously Serve as a liaison between the facilities department and other teams Meeting and Administrative Coordination Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for departmental and cross-functional meetings Attend meetings when required and produce accurate and timely minutes Provide full administrative support including drafting correspondence, reports, and presentations Records and File Management Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy and secure access to documents Support the development and upkeep of operational manuals, plans, and internal procedures Requirements / Qualifications Is authorized to work in Canada and has resided in Canada for 5 + years.
