Responsibilities: Manage and maintain financial systems and processes critical to HubSpot’s growth. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure systems remain up-to-date and optimized. Ensure customer receive excellent service when it comes to their financial needs. Use problem-solving and communication skills to ensure successful performance of job responsibilities. Develop software, automation, and data management tools as needed. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Make recommendations for system and process improvements. Implement new systems and processes as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of systems and processes. Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
