About Our Team and the Role The General Services Enterprise Sourcing team is dedicated to developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies that meet the needs of our business units and stakeholders. As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional sourcing projects, developing selection criteria, and evaluating vendors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our organization. Your expertise in category management, supplier management, and client management will be essential in driving value without compromising business strategy and performance. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional sourcing projects with key internal clients to achieve strategic objectives Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for various goods and professional services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Analyze bids and recommend supplier selections based on total cost and supply to achieve efficient value Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following pre-defined Strategic Sourcing methodology Prepare and complete contracts, as well as perform post-award administration, including negotiating, issuing change orders, and contract closeouts Develop and execute performance management programs with suppliers, focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost Ensure compliance with Sourcing and Procurement policies and standard processes, communicating and reporting to management on critical external relationships Analyze market industry trends and conditions that affect internal customers and external suppliers, participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing environment, with a strong analytical and project management background Demonstrated capacity to influence clients at all levels, with excellent communication and presentation skills High-energy, self-motivated, and deliverable-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage complex supplier relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and conditions BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative discipline Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Sourcing & Procurement processes and best practices, including sourcing tools and programs Basic knowledge of legal terms and conditions, with a certification in CPM or a similar field a plus Experience in HR, Benefits, and Professional Services, with an MBA preferred Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
