Client Services Support Analyst

The Client Services Support Analyst will be part of the Client Services team, responsible for developing and deploying solutions for biopharmaceutical clients, managing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with mentors and leadership to understand “why” and “how” to best initiate projects to facilitate learning and career growthDevelop understanding of Managed Markets and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilitiesResponsible for collecting business requirements based on client input and testing of product offeringsResponsible for project plan development, execution and maintenance.
