We're a company that's always looking for ways to improve and evolve, and we're excited to have you join our team. **The Role** As our Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in creating and delivering contact forecasts that will help us generate cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers spread across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to deliver high-quality forecasts. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing various sources of data, standardizing forecasting activities across the team, and developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a team of analysts and managers responsible for developing short-term and long-term contact forecasts using various forecasting techniques across multiple Amazon markets * Lead a team of professionals spread across multiple countries, ensuring that they have the skills and resources they need to deliver high-quality forecasts * Analyze various sources of data to develop accurate contact forecasts that meet the needs of our Customer Service network * Standardize forecasting activities across the team to ensure consistency and quality * Develop and implement effective forecasting strategies that drive improvements in cost and quality of our customer service on a global scale * Collaborate with senior CS leadership to keep them updated on the drivers for forecast variance and participate in strategic long-term planning initiatives * Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals * Manage team performance to ensure that they meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads effectively **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of experience in Forecasting/Planning, with a strong analytical background * Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management * Experience with SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools * Excellent communication skills to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner * Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage team to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads **Preferred Qualifications** * MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines, with 10+ years of related work experience * Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression * Combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization * Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment * Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills * Natural curiosity and desire to learn **What We Offer** * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment that's always challenging and rewarding * Opportunities to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about customer experience * A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * A competitive salary and bonus structure that reflects your value to the organization * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and education programs * A flexible work environment that allows you to work from home and balance your work and personal life **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about customer experience and forecasting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
