Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to manage and coordinate all aspects of our training programs. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring that all programs align with company goals and employee development needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions for employees across departments. Maintain up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, feedback forms, and certifications. Work closely with department heads to assess training needs and support employee development plans. Communicate training schedules, updates, and requirements to all relevant stakeholders. Support in selecting training vendors or trainers and handling associated logistics. Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and recommend improvements. Prepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, and handouts as needed. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company training standards. Assist in onboarding programs and orientation sessions for new employees. Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a training, HR, or coordination role. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with LMS is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and support multiple stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with adult learning principles and training best practices. Experience working in industry name, e.g., construction, engineering, corporate, etc.. Bilingual in language and English (if applicable).
