About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Endeavor Digital Analytics (EDA) team, where you will have the valuable opportunity to leverage advanced analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products at CVS Health. As a key member of the CVS Media Exchange (CMX) team, you will be responsible for driving measurable results for our providers, dealers, stores, GMs, brand sponsors, and offices through our full-channel advertising solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues to understand their concerns and develop analytical solutions, analyzing customer journeys to identify opportunities to drive more adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion. Develop personalization capabilities using AI to target specific audiences for meaningful efforts, designing online experiments (A/B testing), measuring, and optimizing. Leverage methodologies like causal inference and MMM to enhance tests where A/B testing is not feasible or suitable. Create and implement algorithms and statistical predictive models, determining scientific approaches and modeling strategies to assess situations and potential future outcomes. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve complex business problems using advanced statistical techniques and numerical analyses, with broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry. Collaborate with colleagues to grasp their concerns and objectives, developing predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports, and performance metrics. Create and participate in presentations and meetings to existing and planned constituents on analysis results and solutions, communicating with internal and external partners and leaders to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3 years of experience applying modern AI methods to build predictive models for both classification and regression problems. 3 years of experience using Python and SQL. 2 years of experience extracting meaningful insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders. 2 years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create modeling datasets, evaluating satisfaction and quality of data, and performing feature engineering. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing). Strong ability to convey technical ideas and recommendations to colleagues. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, project team members, and senior management. Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and detours before they happen. Shows expertise in multiple areas of numerical analysis techniques, AI, statistical investigations, experiment design, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in certain areas. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The salary range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
