About the Role We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager with expertise in SAP Enable Now to join our Concentrix Catalyst team. As a key member of our professional services team, you will work with the engine that powers our experience design and engineering capabilities, combining human-centered design, powerful data, and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. Key Responsibilities Lead change management planning and execution for initiatives in accordance with the standards and guidelines defined by the PMO/OCM leadership team Develop change management plans in an interactive, incremental manner based on situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted Deploy a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication plans, stakeholder roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans Leverage the customized Up Prosci change management methodology and apply it as appropriate for the business environment, adjusting as needed to ensure focus on execution and impact for the people-side change driven by a transformation initiative Co-create a robust and comprehensive communication plan for both internal and external communications, developing and delivering communications through multiple channels Conduct ongoing impact analysis to assess change readiness, identify important partners, and manage anticipated resistance Design and execute the change agent/change champions plan and resistance management plan Coach and provide ongoing support to the executive team, stakeholders, and project team in their role as change agents Identify required behavior adoption and assess the evolution of adoption and sustainability for the initiative to be successful and achieve expected results Essential Qualifications Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Change Management or a similar field Demonstrated experience with change management initiatives 1-2 SAP projects (experience with SAP Enable Now would be ideal) Change Management Expertise: Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey change initiatives effectively Leadership Abilities: Ability to influence and lead others toward successful change adoption Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for identifying issues and creating effective solutions Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple change projects concurrently Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage a variety of stakeholders, including executives and employees Emotional Intelligence: High level of emotional intelligence to understand and manage personal and others' emotions Training and Development: Skills in designing and delivering training sessions to support change Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies in response to changing circumstances within the organization Preferred Qualifications Change management certification (Prosci certification preferred) Experience working with large-scale transformational initiatives Knowledge of SAP Enable Now and its applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concentrix, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
