**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Voice of the Customer Methodology Development and Innovation**

Join our crew and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of customer engagement. **About blithequark** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique includes the design and programming of customer satisfaction surveys, which comprise over 40 studies, translated into over 10 languages, and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be instrumental in driving the transformation and innovation of this methodology, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Deliver high-quality and accurate data insights leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Experience in Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance * Experience with data quality and data integrity best practices * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data insights and drive business decisions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our colleagues.
