Job Summary As a Remote Patient Monitoring Technician with Cortex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient handling of patient data, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of care. You'll work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, responding to incoming alerts, following established workflows, and escalating issues to the clinical team as needed.
