Part-Time Dispatcher (Day or Night) – Trucking / Oilfield

Experience Required Applicants must have hands-on experience in at least one of the following: • Trucking or dispatch operations • Oilfield operations or logistics • Semi-tractor / heavy equipment coordination Work Environment & Systems • Dispatchers work across multiple platforms simultaneously • Own computer is required; an additional monitor is highly helpful • Role requires constant basic math and load calculations • Daily use of Microsoft Teams and Google Maps • Google Sheets used as needed for tracking and reporting Refined Job Details (Updated) • Communicate with drivers and clients throughout the shift using multiple platforms • Assign and route trucks while monitoring locations and schedules in real time • Perform ongoing math related to loads, timing, and routing decisions • Verify tickets, load information, and scheduling details for accuracy • Update dispatch systems promptly and accurately • Manage multiple screens and tasks in a fast-paced environment • Coordinate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth shift transitions Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 24 per week Application Question(s): • What experience do you have with trucking, oilfield, or dispatch operations? • Have you monitored truck locations or load progress in real time during a shift? • Have you regularly used mapping tools and basic math as part of your job? • Have you worked in a role that required managing multiple systems or screens at the same time?
