As a Part-Time Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that every guest room meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, including full kitchen areas, bathrooms, balconies, bedrooms, closets, furniture, artwork, windows, and overall upkeep of guest rooms
Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities as needed
Vacuum and edge carpets, including under furniture, and remove carpet "spots"
Dust and detail windows, walls, and baseboards
Clean balconies/patios, walls, floors, and furniture
Fold towels and linens, and perform special requests as required
Deep clean rooms and bathrooms on designated days
Perform daily turndown services for VIP guests and specific room types
Restock cleaning supplies, amenities, and linens as needed
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Disney or hospitality environment
Certification in housekeeping or a related field
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Skills and Competencies:
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
