Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting and Data Entry Specialist to join our accounting team. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, particularly in relation to invoice processing and accounts payable/receivable. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in checking all individual invoices to ensure correct coding, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Verify that all supplies are listed and accounted for, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Correctly fill out all purchase orders (POs) attached to invoices, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and accurate.
Perform general office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.

Essential Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field is essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
