From theme development to complex ERP and OMS workflows, our engineers bring deep expertise in Shopify, modern frameworks, and commerce infrastructure to help clients launch, scale, and optimize their digital retail experiences.Who You Are:A product-minded leader with 5+ years of experience in client services, technical sales, commerce consulting, or product managementDeep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem — from platform capabilities to partner apps and merchant needsStrong communicator across mediums — whether it’s a C-level pitch, a quick Slack message, or a detailed follow-up docComfortable navigating ambiguity, asking smart questions, and unblocking teams to keep projects movingHighly organized and detail-obsessed — you keep your CRM clean, your notes sharp, and your tasks on timeTrusted partner to both clients and internal teams — able to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and build long-term relationshipsNatural at spotting commercial opportunities and thinking beyond the current scope to expand accountsWhat You'll Do:Own the full sales motion for Shopify Commerce leads — from first conversation through signed proposalConduct discovery calls that get to the heart of what’s needed (not just what’s requested)Collaborate with Solutions Architects and the Delivery team to scope accurate, compelling proposalsLead proposals and pitches, ensuring they’re aligned with technical feasibility and client goalsAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout pre-sale, implementation, and post-launchBuild strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication (calls, texts, Slack, emails — whatever it takes)Partner with Delivery leads to ensure smooth transitions from sales to execution, with proper knowledge transferIdentify and escalate blockers, manage internal and external expectations, and ensure high-quality deliverySpot and develop new opportunities within existing accounts through roadmap planning and strategic conversationsChampion best practices for process, communication, and client experience across the Commerce teamNice to Have:Previous experience at a digital product agency, Shopify consultancy, or commerce-focused startupHands-on experience with Shopify builds, migrations, or custom implementationsExposure to commerce platforms beyond Shopify (e.g., BigCommerce, Magento)Experience working with cross-functional product teams (design, engineering, strategy)Why Work With Us Accelerate Your Growth: Work across multiple industries and cutting-edge projects with a team that ships fast.
