**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate ll to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you'll play a vital role in preventing potential loss and dishonesty, while also providing exceptional customer service and supporting our store teams. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate ll, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty
* Reviewing and understanding the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure your safety and the safety of others
* Wearing a complete arenaflex-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional appearance and ensure store security
* Greeting customers appropriately, demonstrating courtesy and respect, and establishing a positive customer shopping experience
* Responding to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a Company-issued radio
* Observing and reporting any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to Loss Prevention or store management
* Performing a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure store security and safety
* Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures, including documenting required incidents in AIIM Case Management
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Who We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sound decision-making skills and the ability to take initiative and perform well independently
* Prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced retail environment
* 0-2 years of retail or security experience (previous experience in a similar role is a plus)

**Compensation and Benefits:**
