YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE
YOU MUST HAVE A TX DRIVERS LICENSE
YOU MUST HAVE HAD A LICENSE FOR 3 YEARS CONSECUTIVELY
YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 2 MOVING VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR 3 IN THE LAST 36 MONTHS
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST & DOT PHYSICAL
