Technical Support and Problem Resolution

Troubleshoot issues involving desktops, laptops, RF scanning devices, network infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and specialized fulfillment technology

Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory environment and related Microsoft infrastructure
Manage smartphone and mobile device deployments using enterprise mobility management solutions
Implement and maintain RF (Radio Frequency) technology infrastructure, including handheld scanners and mobile computers
Strategic Planning and Project Management
Align IT strategy and roadmap for the Fulfillment Center to meet requirements established by local Operations leadership
Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement cost-effective technology solutions that support business growth
Lead and participate in technology projects, managing priorities and ensuring successful delivery within established timelines
Work closely with company executives to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology implementations
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure optimal service delivery and cost management
On-Call and Emergency Response
Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation, responding to critical IT issues outside of standard business hours
Respond to emergency situations and perform incident management as needed
Ensure business continuity through effective disaster recovery planning and execution
Maintain readiness to come in for emergency coverage as required

Minimum of 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Fulfillment Center, Warehouse, or similar high-volume distribution environment
Demonstrated success in leading and managing IT Support teams
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
Experience supporting computers in a Windows Active Directory environment
Background in a SLA-driven environment with demonstrated ability to meet performance targets
Technical Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Motorola/Zebra RF Units, including models such as Moto MC9190, VC6090, and WT41N0
Expertise in Microsoft Network technologies and enterprise solutions
Proficiency in Smartphone and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Advanced knowledge of RF Technologies and their applications in warehouse environments
Working knowledge of SOTI MobiControl or similar enterprise device management platforms
Networking and Infrastructure
Comprehensive understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols
Experience with data cabling and PC facilities maintenance
Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent experience
Understanding of network architecture and security principles
Certifications (Preferred)
