In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance of high-quality gambling-related content to ensure consistently high rankings for target keywords. You will rewrite, edit, and optimize casino and sports betting content, refresh content regularly, and support ad hoc editing tasks. You’ll also collaborate daily with the content manager, SEO team, and other content creators to ensure accurate page targeting and a steady flow of optimized content. Responsibilities: • Rewriting, editing, and optimizing commercial casino and/or sports betting content to maintain rankings in Google search • Editing and optimizing pages according to SEO and content best practices and guidelines • Refreshing pages regularly to keep sitemaps well-maintained • Daily collaboration with the content manager and the in-house seo team to ensure correct page and intent targeting • Ad hoc editing tasks as required to support the success of our projects • Collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure a steady flow of content Qualifications: • Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in igaming content editing and SEO optimisation. • Strong research and analytical skills. • Excellent understanding of on-page SEO. • Excellent command of English and the ability to write clearly and concisely for a specific audience. • Strong familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools • A good understanding of SEO and content best practices, and how to write for the web. • Experience working with WordPress CMS. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable working to tight deadlines and switching to priority tasks as required.
