In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our website, planning brand advertising and e-commerce campaigns across email and SMS channels, and helping to build a solid foundation for our digital marketing practices. As a key member of our Brand Advertising team, you'll work closely with various departments within the organization, including Sales, Product, Events, Design, and other Brand Marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage our website to ensure that web content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with marketing campaigns and overall business goals. * Use learnings from our Insights and Research team and key metrics from Google Analytics to implement strategies to improve customer experience and engagement. * Write, edit, and publish blog articles that are informed by industry trends and best practices. * Plan brand advertising and e-commerce campaigns across Smith and Wesson email and SMS channels. * Ideate, create, and schedule content, campaigns, automations, and journeys for Smith and Wesson email and SMS channels. * Execute division to deliver customized messages. * Monitor key campaign metrics to optimize campaign performance. * Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. * Ensure compliance with FCC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations in all email and SMS communications. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. * Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in website management and Email and SMS marketing. * Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, email marketing, and SMS marketing. * Strong understanding of Google Analytics, web content management, email and SMS marketing software, and SEO best practices. * Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published content. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required. * Basic HTML knowledge is a plus, but not required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Self-motivated, independent, and proactive individual with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and creativity. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. * Ability to think critically and make informed decisions. * Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and tasks. * Proven ability to adapt to and learn new processes and technologies. **Physical Requirements** * Must be comfortable working around firearms. * Prolonged sitting, frequent use of a computer, and possible eye strain. * Intermittent lifting of up to 30 pounds. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. **Workplace and Personal Protective Equipment** * Inside the arenaflex manufacturing facility, employees may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne fluid chemicals, fine particulate dust, surrounding temperatures, and industrial lighting.
