What You'll Do at arenaflex

As a Data Scientist specializing in Talent Acquisition Analytics, you'll be at the intersection of data science, human resources, and business strategy. Your work will directly impact how arenaflex identifies, attracts, and hires the best talent in the industry. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Collaborate Across Functions

Partner closely with talent acquisition specialists, software developers, HR business leaders, and hiring managers to understand business processes and translate them into data-driven solutions
Act as a trusted analytical advisor to cross-functional teams, providing insights that inform recruitment strategy and workforce planning decisions
Participate in agile sprint planning and contribute to roadmap development for TA technology initiatives


Drive Data-Driven Decision Making

Design, develop, and implement complex data transformations using SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages to solve specific business challenges in the hiring pipeline
Build and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization
Apply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to predict candidate success, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate quality


Automate and Optimize Processes

Create scalable, efficient, and automated data processes that streamline candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation workflows
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into talent acquisition metrics and KPIs
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive TA processes, reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency


Communicate Insights

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with business stakeholders at all levels
Present recommendations to senior leadership with confidence, backed by data visualization and statistical evidence
Document methodologies, code, and data pipelines to ensure knowledge transfer and team enablement


What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience with data querying languages (such as SQL), scripting languages (such as Python), or statistical/numerical programming languages (such as R, SAS, or MATLAB)
Analytical Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning and statistical modeling, including understanding the parameters and factors that influence model performance
Practical Application: Demonstrated experience applying theoretical models to real-world business problems in applied settings
