About the role We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 3 month contract to own end-to-end hiring in Australia. You’ll manage Go-To-Market(GTM) roles and clinical pipelines (NP/Dr), keep velocity high, and make sure every candidate feels cared for. You’ll also champion internal mobility and ensure our hiring processes stay sharp, fair, and on-brand. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll balance strategic impact with day-to-day delivery, and an immediate start available. A week in the life Own end-to-end recruitment for AU across GTM and Clinical (NP/Dr) roles Run role intakes, write ads, source, screen, structure interviews, and build offers Keep hiring velocity high and candidate comms proactive, clear, and kind Champion internal mobility and support fair, transparent processes Write creative, scroll-stopping job ads and outreach that reflect Fresh’s brand Maintain Rippling ATS as a single source of truth; send weekly hiring reports Coach hiring leaders on interviewing best practice and structured decision-making We’d love you to have Proven recruitment experience across GTM l roles in Australia (bonus points for clinical hiring experience!)
