PT Evening Property Helper: N Dallas- $20/hr

The Valet Trash Attendant Property Helper will be responsible for the nightly pick up of door-to-door trash at 1 of our apartment communities. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
Ā Nightly pick up of bagged trash from each resident's doors to onsite dumpster or compactor.
Ā Be prepared to work and collect bagged trash Sundays - Thursdays.
Ā Be able to climb 3 story apartment buildings. Get paid to work out!
Ā Must be on time and dependable. Service starts at 8:00pm Sunday- Thursday.
Ā Work quietly and efficiently keeping noise to a minimum so not to disturb residents.
Ā Daily contact with Area Supervisor.
Ā Smartphone used to document cleared units.
Ā Must have cell phone (Smart Phone).
Ā Reliable transportation to get to the property.
Ā Ability to climb stairs and work outside in varying weather conditions.
Ā Open bed pickup truck.
No experience required, Good attitude and we will train the right person.
