Position Overview The Support Specialist, Chat role at blithequark is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences through digital channels. As a remote inbound customer service professional, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers, addressing their queries, and providing them with superior tire knowledge and technical assistance. Key Responsibilities Respond to all inbound sales leads from both current and potential customers, providing superior tire knowledge and technical assistance to finalize and close the sale. Proactively make outbound contacts, as required, to current and potential customers to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues. Meet or exceed all individual and department KPIs and performance goals by uncovering the customers’ needs and offering exceptional sales and service to close the sale. Listen and learn about blithequark's products to become a subject matter expert and voice for the brand. Effectively manage change related to promotional offerings, new products, technology, processes, and systems. Handle inbound live chat sessions from online customers, verifying customer account information and order information. Consistently respond to all client questions and comments with correct grammar and punctuation via chat, providing complete and correct information. Process online orders, returns, replacements, adjustments, warranties, and installations, tracking deliveries, installation, inventory, pricing, and ensuring all customers’ needs are met. Manage customer issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, including (but not limited to) telephone and email follow-up, understanding and resolving customer questions, concerns, issues, and needs, and maintaining positive relationships with customers post-order to gauge satisfaction, solicit feedback, and meet any additional needs. Work with sales, marketing, operations, and business-to-business departments to ensure a smooth process and customer satisfaction. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience. Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales is essential, as is the ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center. A high school diploma or GED is required, although an associate's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. You must have experience in helping customers and providing customer service, be adaptable and dependable, and have a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts. Skills and Competencies Clear and concise written and oral communication skills, with the ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums. Demonstrated technical savvy and the ability to learn and navigate computer systems quickly. Ability to quickly build and develop open, honest, and friendly rapport with customers to move through and solve customer challenges. Bilingual ability, with the fluency to speak and write in Spanish, is a significant bonus. Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry, as well as experience working in a remote environment, is also advantageous.
