Asset Management Analyst - EUC Lifecycle, Forecasting & Vendor Coordination

We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleJob DescriptionResponsibilitiesMaintain end-to-end asset lifecycle accuracy in ServiceNow CMDB and SAP S/4HANA.Build and update device demand forecasts based on historical consumption, business headcount, and refresh policy.Coordinate with third-party logistics and field service vendors (e.g., KST, country-specific providers) for device dispatch, return, and warehousing.Support asset reconciliation, lifecycle audits, and internal control compliance.Collaborate with procurement, finance, and HR on stock planning, cost allocation, and onboarding/offboarding cycles.Develop and distribute automated dashboards and reporting for device inventory, aging hardware, and vendor SLA performance.Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across asset workflows. Who You AreYou're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Skills and Expertise6-8 years of experience in IT asset or lifecycle management in a global environment.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and SAP S/4HANA (especially material tracking or logistics integration).Strong background in vendor coordination, including SLA monitoring, dispatch/escalation processes, and returns.Experience in forecasting and demand modeling for device procurement.Knowledge of ITAM frameworks, internal audit practices, and hardware compliance standards.Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow PA).Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
