Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team on a seasonal, work-at-home basis for Spring 2021. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues Utilize multiple applications and systems to resolve customer complaints and concerns Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services, ensuring that customers are well-informed and satisfied Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and average handling time Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required One year of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection, with a desktop PC preferred (Windows 8.1 or higher, OSX 10.13+ or later) Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a telephone (landline or cell) and ability to work in a remote environment Strong computer and internet skills, with ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong typing skills, with ability to pass a typing test as part of the application process Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
