[Remote] Senior External Auditor

This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while complying with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough financial audits to assess the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with GAAP • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement • Review accounts and general ledger accounting to ensure proper recording of transactions • Prepare comprehensive financial reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations • Assist in regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on tax implications and strategies • Utilize financial software to streamline auditing processes and enhance reporting capabilities • Stay updated on industry best practices, changes in regulations, and emerging trends in financial auditing Skills • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • EXTERNAL audit experience is a MUST • Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and regulatory requirements • Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and tools • Experience with general ledger accounting practices • Familiarity with various financial software applications used for auditing purposes • Excellent written communication skills for effective financial report writing • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities • CPA Preferred Benefits • Great pay and benefits • Good work/life balance Company Overview • TALENT CENTERED CAREER MANAGEMENT We have the best opportunities for professionals across the industry!
