As a remote call center representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, to provide exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls on an autodialer, with a volume of 100-300 phone calls daily
Respond to inbound, outbound, and email communication in a professional and timely manner
Contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate, and provide clear and concise information to resolve any issues or concerns
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
High school diploma or GED required
Must have own equipment, including a laptop/computer and headset (Windows 10/11 only)
Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
