Overview THE ROLE: The Specialist, Learning Content plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower Herbalife Distributors. This role combines instructional design expertise with creative content development, leveraging AI tools to produce engaging digital learning assets. The specialist manages the learning content library and collaborates cross-functionally to support global initiatives. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, technical fluency, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve learning solutions and drive performance across regions. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Learning Content Development: Develop engaging courses and learning paths, applying user-centered design principles and instructional models to support Distributor education. • AI-Enhanced Content Production: Leverage AI tools to generate original content, interface copy, FAQs, and metadata that enhance accessibility and continuous learning for Distributors. • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with SMEs, project managers, and education consultants to co-create blended and eLearning solutions tailored to business needs • Content Maintenance & Quality Assurance: Oversee content lifecycle by coordinating SME reviews, editing for clarity and consistency, and ensuring alignment with Herbalife's editorial and design standards. • Content Library Management: Administer the learning content library, ensuring accurate tagging by format, level, country, and learning objectives, and managing workflows for region-generated content. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to localize content, lead collaboration calls, and manage an internal newsletter to maintain alignment across regions. • Continuous Improvement: Apply data-driven insights and learner feedback to refine content and improve the effectiveness of learning programs. • Multimedia Content Creation: Support the creation of Instructional Design experiences using tools like Articulate and Synthesia, including video, interactive modules, and digital assets. • Herbalife Brand Integration: Ensure all content reflects Herbalife's mission to empower Distributors through meaningful, motivational, and memorable learning experiences. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • Instructional Design Expertise: 5+ years of experience applying adult learning theories, interactive training methods, and eLearning design principles to create impactful learning experiences. • Creative Writing for Digital Learning: Skilled in writing engaging scripts and copy for eLearning modules, videos, and interactive formats that reflect Herbalife's brand voice. • Curriculum Development Knowledge: Solid understanding of adult learning curriculum design and structuring content libraries to support role-based learning paths. • Content Management Proficiency: Strong background in managing learning content within corporate or Learning & Development environments, and experience with LMS administration. • Collaboration & Independence: Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in cross-functional, collaborative teams. • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Articulate, Synthesia, and other content development platforms.
