Key Responsibilities

Advances and sells air travel to the traveling public or cargo forwarders
Provides assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
Interprets government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
Meets and dispatches aircraft within established times
Provides assistance to distressed passengers and customers
Safeguards company property and revenue
Ensures safe travel
Has the physical ability and expertise to use integrated skills to perform various job-related tasks
Utilizes organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time frame
Is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision
Responds and assists during security and emergency situations
Follows internal/external policies and procedures
May be required to drive and operate air stairs to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees
May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control functions including air to ground communication along with Peak functions


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's Degree
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations
Valid driver's license as required by local authorities
Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
Must be able to obtain appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of air travel regulations and requirements
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
