The Product Analyst works in the IT department and is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering information and prioritizing customer requirements, defining and documenting the product vision, working closely with other areas of the company to ensure overall customer goals are met. In addition, this position will support the IT Product Manager in planning and participating in analysis, design, documentation, testing and integration of the product. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret healthcare business practices into operational requirement.

Essential Functions:
1. Develops business plans for products and facilitates all phases of the product development lifecycle including but not limited to analysis, design, testing and integration.
2. Works with team members, other departments, and upper management to develop the product strategy and roadmap for implementing... releases.
3. Develops detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups that illustrate product ideas and concepts to provide to stakeholders and development teams.
4. Supports timelines of product releases including testing, resources, and coordination with product sponsors.
5. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to research solutions to existing products to enhance end user experience.
6. Work with Project and Product Managers to create status and project updates as needed.
7. Perform market research and analyze market data, identify product behaviors and trends.
8. Contributes to the end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation and through maintenance and support.
9. Works on other tasks as assigned.

Position Type, Expected Hours of Work & Travel:
This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may vary based on business need. Potential for up to 10% travel with this position. Travel may be outside the local area and overnight.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with a preferred focus in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent education, training, or experience.
- 2-5 years in a in product or business analyst role.
- A strong grasp of the product management lifecycle, superior project management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop documentation and provide communication to users
